Ambassadors for Diversity in Transport

Stratec participated in coordinating the organisation of a high-level seminar, bringing together ambassadors and European decision-makers. This meeting required rigorous logistical management, consideration of participants’ cultural diversity, preparation of content adapted to different speaker profiles, and dynamic facilitation of discussions. We also contributed to the implementation of a collaborative work platform, meeting the security, accessibility, and ergonomics standards defined by the European Commission.

Finally, a multichannel communication plan was deployed, including the dissemination of relevant information on social networks, in line with European editorial guidelines. This project demonstrated our ability to combine intercultural sensitivity, institutional rigor, project management skills, and the capacity to unite stakeholders around common objectives in the field of sustainable and inclusive mobility.
