We hold the necessary approvals and conduct impact assessments, impact notices/reports for projects in highly diverse fields: residential and/or office complexes, transport infrastructure, shopping centers, major facilities, etc.
Integrating Environmental Aspects at Every Stage of Projects
Environmental obligations are numerous and often complex, which can make their understanding and application difficult. This is why, beyond regulatory assessment documents, we also support our clients in integrating environmental aspects at every stage of their projects’ design and development to ensure compliance. Once the project is finalised, we assist them with their administrative procedures (preparation of environmental permit applications, environmental monitoring of projects, etc.).
We also assist public authorities in the development and evaluation of their policies, plans, and programs, always with the cross-cutting and forward-looking vision that characterises our approach.
We also assist our clients in communicating about the environmental aspects of their projects and, for this purpose, we use numerous tools to produce illustrated, educational, and easily understandable technical deliverables for the public.
