Transport Models
Transport modeling translates mobility and transport issues into mathematical form. Several model categories exist depending on the issues: macro/static, micro/dynamic, and meso/intermediate models.
In Detail
Models can be custom-developed for a project, or prepared for a broader scope to address various issues (mobility, transport economics, environmental impacts, …).
Stratec’s teams have extensive experience in transport modeling, with varied experience in model types as well as territories (Belgium, France, Ivory Coast, etc.) or issues (passenger/freight, urban/interurban).
Audits
We handle models built by all types of communities or organizations. When undertaking the first assignment on a model we have not yet encountered, we systematically conduct an audit of it (for example, in Abidjan, Strasbourg, or Paris).
