In the Walloon Region, Stratec holds accreditation for the following categories:
- Category 1: Spatial planning, urban planning, commercial and leisure activities
- Category 2: Infrastructure projects, transport and communications
- Category 4: Energy-related industrial processes
- Category 5: Industrial material processing
- Category 7: Water management
- Category 8: Agricultural operating permits.
Stratec is also accredited for the development or revision of multi-municipal and municipal development plans (Type 1 accreditation).
In the Brussels Region, Stratec is accredited for CoBrACE impact assessments.
Finally, our partner ASM Acoustics is accredited by the Walloon Region for noise, categories 1, 2, and 3.
